Tournament Details

  1. This tournament accepts up to 256 teams.
  2. Participants must be at least 16 years of age (before June 10, 2003)
  3. Registration fee: RM50 per team
  4. Finals and semi-finals will be on 11/8/2019, at BATTLE ARENA
  5. Each team must have their own designed LOGO, no online download design accepted.
  6. Team names may not contain vulgarities or obscenities, direct or indirectly.
  7. The team name must be consistent and the format is as follow:

(Team name).Name (Only alphabets are allowed)

Example: Team: GOD OF WAR, Name: Warrior

  1. These restrictions will be applied solely at the discretion of 5V5 Esports. T&C apply.
  2. For teams that invited to Semi and Grand Final, the organizer will provide accommodation, transportation allowance and also an official METP shirt. In order to be recognized as players of the match, all team members MUST wear our official shirt during the entire event.

Games Rules

  1. Strictly no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances, players are reminded to read and accept all details and regulations.
  2. Players are informed to register according to the official way, there are no agents for this tournament.
  3. Players are reminded to provide their true, complete and accurate information to participate this tournament. Or else, the team will be forced to be disqualified.
  4. Tournament registration closes on 3/6/2019, before 11:59pm.
  5. Tournament starts on 15/6/2019.
  6. Finals and semi-finals will be on 11/8/2019, at BATTLE ARENA
  7. The Organizer will be creating a WhatsApp group; all team captains must join the group to receive up-to-date information given by the Organizer.
  8. Non-primary player and non-substituted player are not allowed to participate the tournament, trespassers will be disqualified.
  9. The Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify a player/team from the entire tournament once the Organizer suspects any unfair conduct. Unfair conduct may include, but not limited to, hacking, game exploiting, tournament rigging, cheats, and intentional disconnects.
  10. All information given must be accurate and no information can be modified after submission.
  11. Each team must consist of at least 3 Malaysia citizens.
  12. Top 4 teams must attend the tournament Grand Final in person.
  13. Participants are informed that payment must be made before filling up the registration form.
  14. The Organizer has the right to use the portrait rights of the team and team members for marketing purposes.
  15. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

Competition Rules

The room must be opened by the appointed tournament and staff.

Team leaders will be invited to the room by tournament admins and staff that appointed by the organizer.

Team leaders will then require to invites their teammates into the same room that hosted by tournament admins and staff.

Latest patch: MY/SG Server, new Champions are allowed to use after next patch released.

What is the prize pool?

Total Prize Pool = RM 10,000

When can I receive the prize?

We will contact all the winners one week after the tournament.

Please make sure that all team members’ information given is accurate, or else the entire team may be disqualified and the prizes will be forfeited.

  1. The rules of the game
  • Match mode: Tournament Draft
  • Match map: Summoner’s rift
  • Game account:
  1. All participants will use their personal account
  2. At least 20 champions are required, with an account of level 30. There are no restrictions to the champions and runes selected.
  3. If the account or personal information does not match the identity of the participants on the day of the competition, the participant will be disqualified and lose the eligibility to win any prizes. The team will also be disqualified if there are less than 5 players.

 

  • Number of teams members:
  1. Each team must have at least five players, up to one substitute player.
  2. If the player decides to withdraw or has been disqualified due to the violation, the team is not allowed to change their team players. If there are any major accidents and other special circumstances occurred during the competition, it is up to the organizer’s decision to approve on a case by case basis.

 

  • Criteria to win the match:
  1. Destroy opponent team’s Nexus or force the opponent team to surrender to win the game.
  2. Both teams are required to check / set up all their equipment 10 minutes before the start of the competition, if the team is late for 10 minutes, the organizer will have the right to disqualify the team.
  • Disconnection during the game:
  1. For any deliberate disconnection, the situation will be determined by the referee’s judgment. If the player’s action has led to a game disconnection, the referee will determine whether to continue the game or to let the opponent team wins.
  2. If there is no first occurrence (first blood or first tower destroyed) during the first 3 minutes of the game and one of the players encountered game disconnection issue, the organizer or the referee has the right to decide whether to resume the game or rematch.
  3. If the disconnection occurs after 3 minutes of the game, the game will resume as usual.

The disconnected player will have to regain connection and get back into the game as soon as possible.

 

  • Unfair game behaviour:
  1. Using any program, software, web pages, or any plugins (such as open maps) that are not related to the game, or using game setting or bug that violated the rules of the game.
  2. If any player is found to be violating any rules or playing unfairly, the player will be given a warning or penalty depending on the organizer. In serious circumstances, the player will be disqualified from this competition.

 

  • The participants are not allowed to do any live streaming during the competition.
  • For the best interest of both playing teams, no other people except the official personnel, staff and the referee, are allowed to enter the competition room to spectate the game match.
  • During the competition, if the player decides to withdraw or has been disqualified from the game resulting the team to have less than 5 players, the team will then be disqualified. The team is not allowed to request to change or add in team member.
  • All participants are allowed to use their own mouse or keyboard, or use those provided by the official or on-site units, no replacement of equipment is allowed during the game.
  • For any major game issues occurred during the game, such as major bug, game room crashes, server issues and any other issues that caused the game to crash and unable to continue, both teams can restart the game, using the same red and blue sides, champions, runes and mastery.
  • If there is any doubts during the game, please reflect it to the referee immediately, else it will not be entertained after the end of the match.
